Turnkey Cold Store

Due to a surge in demand for imported products, Eustralis Food QLD had outgrown its existing cold storage facility. Combined with delays and rising costs in international shipping, this created a clear need for expanded capacity. DR&S was engaged to deliver a new Cold Store facility—building on the success of multiple previous projects completed for the client across Australia.

Scope of work & required solutions

DR&S worked closely with the client during the design phase to optimise the layout, maximising both pallet capacity and overall functionality of the new Cold Store.

We managed the certification process and coordinated the engagement of all necessary consultants to ensure compliance and seamless project delivery.

Developed a detailed scope of works for relevant trades to tender and worked closely with the client throughout the trade selection process, including contract negotiation and award.

Provided full project management from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards were met throughout every stage.

Project goals & benchmarks
